I found this workout linkup on Britt's blog and I think it is a great way to be accountable to some other bloggers with the same struggles.
- How many pounds did you gain or lose? -1 since my last weigh-in
- How many inches did you gain or lose? +/- 0
- Your weekly exercise or step goal, and did you meet it? My weekly goal is 6 days/week, which did not happen this week (gym was under some renovations). I did some workout for most days but I don't count it for much. It is good for general health and all, but wasn't much for my goals.
- What was your biggest challenge this week? Getting back to gym. I am a person for whom more than a day of break can put a full stop to all progress. I will need to kick my own butt tomorrow.
- What is your favorite healthy snack or meal? Avocados. I know they are fatty, but it is a healthy fat and they are nutritious and delicious- make a goof pre/post workout snack for me.
- Do you have any advice or tips for the rest of us? Don't consider working out as an option- too much thinking about doing it leads to not doing it.
